Cast PA

Description

We're looking for a Cast PA to work with a senior cast member / Executive Producer on a new BBC drama. Based in Glasgow and familiar with the local area, you will ideally have experience of working as a Cast PA previously - otherwise, experience of working in a drama production management team or several drama runner credits.

You will be a confident communicator and understand the demands and pressures of an individual performing multiple roles; anticipating issues before they happen. You will support with scheduling, arranging calls, taking calls, fetching items, and other ad hoc requests, as well as representing the individual in conversations with production and other departments to ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible. You will be familiar with drama production processes and understand what situations you're required for and when to give the individual space.

This role will involve driving Talent and children between locations, as well as collecting items, so you will need to be a confident driver and have a full, clean driving license.

DATES:

Prep: Friday 20th November (5 days prep)
Shoot Block 1: Friday 27th November - Friday 18th December (16 days shoot)
