Production Manager

Description

Shine TV are keen to hear from experienced Production Managers who wish to work on an exciting new series for a streamer. The series explores content of a sensitive subject matter and will involve complex compliances, protocols and welfare.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing the logistics, safety and welfare protocols, budget and legal compliance of high-risk productions alongside a Line Producer. They will be particularly adept at setting up and managing large self-shooting teams in terms of rotas, logistics and rushes management and have the ability to respond to changes swiftly and efficiently. They should be confident in running an on-site/remote production office, deploying strong budget management skills, particularly within PMI.

Filming will take place outside of London and may on occasion require members of the Production Management team to be based in an office in this area over this period.
Filming takes place roughly from mid-Feb to early May and the PM would need to be available for this whole period. Please note that there will be a need to work across some weekends throughout the filming period – subject to schedule rotation / rostering.
Start date is likely mid November 2026 and the contract is likely to run to May 2027.
