I’m an experienced Production Manager who has worked largely up North in Manchester and Leeds for nearly 6 years. I've worked across 27 titles so far as a PM across a variety of genres including Live OB's, ‘as live’, children's, factual and specialist factual as well as a range of international shows for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 and Sky, Paramount+ and Netflix.

My experience across the shows I’ve worked on, has led to me being a strong communicator between production and editorial, and I pride myself on being a well-liked, but equally well-respected member of the companies I’ve worked for from both sides.

We all have a common goal, which is to ensure we create the best product within the resources that we have, and that has always been a mantra of mine. This involves being respected by your colleagues, with a positive ‘can-do’ mentality.

My experience has led to me being very comfortable managing budgets up to £2.5 million, dealing with cashflow, payroll and cost reporting, as well as typical requirements for productions including insurance, programme H&S, Risk assessment, contracting and negotiating. I'm also comfortable in scheduling and overseeing high volume series through production and post production. I’ve also taken programmes from the budget writing stage right through green light to delivery.
