My career in content creation began at 12 Yard where I helped develop gameshows

Without Prejudice – before working my way through the ranks in production to producer/PD level across entertainment formats including
Big Brother and
I’m a Celebrity sister shows.
During my time leading development at North One I secured the company’s first blue lights, true crime, competitive reality and studio gameshow commissions – as well as the first Motion Entertainment funded project, and international co-development deal - with TBS in Japan. All this whilst serving the day-to-day needs of long-running brands through to recommissions.
Having hired and managed diverse development teams of varying sizes, I’m equipped to bring laser focused format creation to any scale of operation: leading the charge, within a group or individually.
Outside of work, I'm learning Japanese, enjoy long distance running and record and release music.
