I am a friendly and outgoing researcher/AP originally from Yorkshire now based in London but open to relocating for jobs. I am very personable and pride myself on building rapport and trust with contributors and have a strong eye for story. 

I have experience in casting, welfare, comedy and studio roles across high profile shows and have worked on location in the UK and internationally. 

CASTING - I have vast experience of conducting casting calls, leading zoom and in-person casting auditions, identifying gaps in application databases and conducting targeted outreach in order to identify strong characters.

WELFARE- I have provided welfare for a vast range of contributors including children and vulnerable contributors. I have also provided welfare for high profile UK and US talent both on location abroad and in the UK.

DILIGENCE- Experience conducting background checks using google, social media, Lexis Nexis, Factiva.
Conducting home visits.

FORWARD PLANNING - I have experience setting up backstory shoots across the UK which involved reaching out to various locations to gain access for filming, applying for filming permits and assisting PD's on backstory shoots.

WORKING WITH TALENT- I provided welfare for UK and US talent whilst working on SAS:Who Dares Wins and Special Forces:World's Toughest Test. I have also worked with talent in a studio setting and whilst on location in the UK. I am confident interacting with a wide range of talent.
