Assistant editor in film and TV since 2016; most recently sole AE on Sons of the Neon Night (Cannes 2025). Now in London, looking for 2nd Assistant Editor work in high-end TV.

Day to day
• Dailies: ingest, sync, grouping, multicam, scene bins
• Turnovers: AAF, EDL, XML, OMF, change lists
• VFX: tracking in ShotGrid, pulls, temp VFX
• Temp sound, exports and viewing links (PIX, Frame.io)
• QC and delivery, including Netflix deliverables
• Avid Media Composer and Premiere Pro, on Avid NEXIS and NAS

Selected work
• Sons of the Neon Night: sole AE for two editors in Hong Kong and Austria
• Operation Red Sea: 800+ VFX shots across four vendors; 3D, Dolby Vision and IMAX QC
• Operation Mekong: multicam dailies across a 143-day shoot
• Trailers I cut: three features and a ViuTV drama series

Why 2nd AE
In Hong Kong, I was often the only assistant on a project. I want to learn UK cutting-room routines properly, from the people who run them. I'm in London for the long term, I'm a mentee on the BFE Mentorship Scheme.

Languages
Cantonese and English (fluent), Mandarin (conversational).
I can log Chinese-language rushes and prepare Chinese and English subtitle files.
