Béla Váradi is a Hungarian-born Roma photographer and visual artist based in London, working across documentary photography, film, installation and socially engaged practice, with a particular focus on LGBTQ+ and Gypsy, Roma and Traveller experience. He builds his projects slowly and from the inside — in sustained collaboration with the communities he photographs — and moves between journalistic assignment and conceptual presentation.
