I’m good with people when life gets complicated -  and after 25 years supporting people through workplace trauma and crisis, there’s very little that throws me.I’m a BACP-accredited psychotherapist, workplace trauma specialist and trainer, with more than 500 critical incident responses behind me. My work has taken me into war zones and supermarkets! Organisations including Google, Amazon and the emergency services, supporting people facing everything from intense pressure to sudden, life-changing events. But I’m not all serious conversations and a concerned expression. I’m warm, practical, down to earth and have a wicked sense of humour. I know when to step in, when to listen and when someone just needs a cup of tea and a bit of breathing space.I’m now bringing that experience into production welfare, supporting contributors, talent and crews. I’m particularly interested in freelance location assignments in the UK and overseas, where I can become part of a team and help people feel safe, supported and able to do their thing.I bring calm judgement, discretion and the ability to build trust quickly.  Read Less
