I’m a London-based documentary researcher and runner, with an MA in Public History from UCL (2026, Distinction). I’m keen to work on history and factual programmes, and to learn the job from the ground up.My research experience includes pre-production work on Changi’s Hidden Stage, a documentary for Channel News Asia, where I worked with archival and secondary sources on theatre and artistic life among prisoners of war. I’ve also done oral history, source checking and archive work, including handling letters at UCL Special Collections and sourcing images for a Penguin biography. On the production side, I was stage manager and company manager on The Diwali Story at OVO Arena Wembley, looking after 70 performers and an audience of 10,000. I handled schedules, bookings, risk assessments and locking up venues. I stay calm, organised and reliable under pressure, and I’m happy to work long, flexible hours.I speak English, Hindi and Gujarati, which helps in finding and talking to contributors in South Asia. I’m DBS certified, and I’m also a theatre practitioner, so I’m comfortable on set and around people. Read Less
