I’m a broadcast radio professional with more than a decade of experience in editorial leadership, live operations and team-building. Most recently I was Station Manager of a community radio station based at a UK university, where I led the team through live output and day-to-day operations, with Ofcom compliance central to how we ran. Before that, as Assistant Station Manager, I worked with the Managing Editor and news team to source stories and check their accuracy and relevance.

I’m also a Director at a non-profit, community interest company, and I’ve worked in the higher education sector as an Associate Lecturer in Journalism and as a Technician in Radio and Audio Technologies, combining editorial judgement with technical know-how and a commitment to developing new talent.

I hold an MA in Journalism and a BA in History, where studying archives built the research and verification skills I bring to newsroom and production work.

I’m experienced with Myriad (playout and scheduling), Aiir, Timbre and Zoom, and with the Adobe Creative Cloud and Apple Creator Ctudio suite, and I’ve produced social media content for all social platforms.
