What has kept me motivated throughout those years isn't just making productions—it's creating the environment in which good work can happen. I enjoy being close to the work itself. Developing ideas, producing on location, solving practical challenges, sitting in the edit room, and helping ambitious ideas become productions that work in the real world. Production has taught me that creativity and reality rarely arrive in perfect balance. There is never enough time, budget or resources. That's exactly the challenge I enjoy: understanding the situation, finding practical solutions, bringing calm when things become complicated, and helping people focus on what matters next. Over time, my role naturally expanded beyond production itself. Alongside producing, I found myself coaching colleagues, building teams, improving workflows and helping organisations work more effectively. Not because I was looking to step away from production, but because years of hands-on experience taught me that better processes create better work—and better places to work. I'm naturally analytical and enjoy understanding how people, creativity and processes connect. Whether it's a production, a workflow or an organisation, I like identifying unnecessary complexity and finding practical ways to make things work better—not just for one project, but for the long term. Some of the productions I'm most proud of are not necessarily the ones people remember. They're the ones where colleagues grew into roles they didn't think they were ready for, discovered strengths they didn't know they had, and went on to build careers of their own. Today I'm based in Sweden, continuing to develop my Swedish while looking for opportunities where I can combine hands-on production, storytelling, coaching and organisational development—within media, education or other creative environments where people and ideas come together. I'm always happy to connect with people who enjoy building great productions, strong teams and meaningful collaborations.
