My passion and experience lies in narrative-driven documentaries, including BAFTA and Grierson nominated films that tell powerful stories from our contemporary history that also reflect on how we live our lives today. I like to work up original ideas in development, identifying story arcs and pulling compelling single narratives out of complex political/cultural moments, as well as establishing the access and identifying any existing archive. As a senior producer/SP, I have managed multiple edits, overseen onlines & final post, and gained experience in legal/compliance issues. Having staffed and managed editorial and archive teams, I am passionate about maintaining strong team dynamics and encouraging individual development. Read Less
