My experience at the BBC and my independent endeavours with the film production company OX-BOY, which I co-own, has equipped me to be a suitable candidate for the role, with the skills and experience I have amassed via these two avenues.

Since joining the BBC via a radio production scheme, I have made a documentary about a worldwide story that garnered the worldwide attention it deserves, been an integral part of a pilot season of a show for an award-winning CBeebies TV show, and been an integral part of an independent production company developing new shows as well as new talent. As well as doing this within the BBC, I also started my own production company with four partners in late 2021 and have gone on to make multiple films, win multiple awards, and become an official media partner for a non-profit, whose founder is now a Labour Councillor.

Since starting my production company and at the BBC, I have consistently approached every new project with the willingness to learn something new, always adapting to the ever-changing landscape of digital, and grown my confidence in networking and communication.During my time as the social media producer, I had to co-ordinate with multiple radio production teams to liaise on what content they would like to create for their presenters, requiring planning, scheduling, and project-tracking workflows to support team operations.
